NILES - David Suciu, 60, of 187
Woodglen Ave. died at 5:40am, Monday, September 12, 2011 at the
Cleveland Clinic following a battle with cancer.
He was born in Warren on April 3, 1951 the son of
John and Betty Jane (Pence) Suciu Jr.and resided in this community
all his life.
A graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School,
he was self-employed handyman. He also worked for Peerless
Electric.
David is survived by his mother, Betty Jane Suciu
of Geneva; his companion of many years, Susan T. Morrell with whom
he lived; son, David J. Suciu Sr. of Cortland; two daughters,
Michelle Suciu of Leavittsburg, Concetta Suciu of Vienna; three
grandchildren, David J. Suciu Jr., Malaya Giesy, Jaicee Giesy;
two brothers, John (Clara) Suciu of Spring Hill, FL, Tim
(Gloria) Suciu of Pensicola, FL; sister, Julie Fordu of Madison. He
was preceded in death by his father in 1987.
A celebration of his life and family gathering will
be Saturday, September 17, 2011 from 2 to 3:30pm at the
Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. Pastor Darrell Cline of the
Evening Light Apostolic Church will officiate a service at 3:30 pm.
Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
