NILES - Gloria F. Libert, 69, of
36 West Church Street, surrounded by her loving family died Sunday,
November 27, 2011 at 6:25 pm at her residence following a two year
battle with cancer.
She was born in Bedford, Bedfordshire, England on
March 16, 1942 the daughter of Samuel and Eva May (Lammin) Hart and
came to United States as a young adult.
For several years, she worked at Subway on Route
422 in Niles. She loved family activities and especially cherished
the time spent with her grandchildren.
Gloria is survived by five children, Brian L.
(Robin) Libert of Morgantown, WV, Tracey (Carl) Koncsol of Niles,
James (Kimberly) Libert of Niles, Scott A. (Holly) Libert of Niles,
Jodi (Patrick) Morrison of Lordstown; sixteen grandchildren, Robert
Curry, Jessika Libert, Brittany (Dustin) Carvin, Kaitlyn Libert,
Samantha (Cody Bailey) Libert, Garrett Libert, Nicole Koncsol,
Morgan Morrison, Brooke Morrison, Ryan Libert, Rachel Libert, Jason
Libert, Chase Libert, Ethan Libert, Abigail Morrison, Amber
Morrison; eight great grandchildren, Rylie Sosnowski, Isabella
Murphy, Nicolas Whetstone, Avery Libert, Anya Carvin, Isabella
Stewart, Jason Shiftlett, Rachel Curry; and a sister Pam.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary L.
Libert whom she married on April 2, 1960 and who died on October
25, 1984; brother, Ralph and a sister, Ann.
Calling Hours will be Thursday, December 1, 2011
from 4 to 6 pm at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. The
funeral will follow at 6 pm. Burial will be in Kerr
Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be
made to St. Joseph Hospital Cancer Care Center.
