NILES - Marlene Evelyn McGowan, 67, of Niles, died at 11:30 am on Sunday May 2, 2010 at the Cleveland Clinic following a long illness.
She was born in Niles, Ohio on June 5, 1942 to Andrew and Geneva (Cutright) Ziegler and lived in this community all her life. She was a 1960 graduate of Niles McKinley High School.
Marlene is survived by a sister in law, Phyllis Ziegler of Niles; two nephews, Phillip (Janice) Ziegler, Gregory (Sherry) Ziegler; niece, Paula (Mario) Sortini.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Robert Ziegler on August 7, 2009.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 7, 2010 at 11:00 am at Kerr Cemetery.
