Well Great Grandpa,it has taken me awhile to try and write something. Truth is, I wasn't ready to say goodbye. It's hard to deal with the fact that you're really gone from us. I miss you so much!!! My heart is just completely broken. I miss when you were out here and you rode the bicycle and when we went up to Uncle Ray's and we just had the best time with you. I'll never forget when we went to the Crystal Cathedral and you were so excited and I was so blessed to be in your presence and just to be with you and share the life of Christ together. I know that's where you went but it's so hard to say goodbye to someone as great as you were. I will always treasure the times we had and I will NEVER forget you. You were the last grandpa I had and I'm truly going to miss you with all of my heart. I know I will see you again someday and I truly can't wait until then because we will be in the presence of God. I'm sort of jealous because you're experiencing all his glory that he has for you. I know you're another person who is watching over me and I will let you see that I'm doing well and I will always look to the sky and talk to you. I feel like all my family up there can see me and hear me so that's why I talk because I know God has you watching over me. I love you very much! See you again someday. Love your one and only granddaughter Ashley <3

Dear Beloved Grandpa, it was just a few days ago that I heard your voice for the final time. Thank you Grandpa for being the coolest grandpa in the world. I have so many memories of you that I am so thankful for. Thank you for being a big part of our family. You will forever be missed, forever loved, and forever remembered. We know without a shadow of a doubt that you are sharing God's glory with Uncle Gene, Dad, J.R., and Grandma. What a magnificent thing you heard when God said,"Well done, though good and faithful servant, enter into the Kingdom of heaven". I love you Grandpa with all of my heart!! All my love forever, your grandson, chuck
